Content gaps — what users asked that we couldn't fully answer
Every /ask query gets logged with its classifier result and how many providers actually matched. This page is the inverse of "popular asks" — sentences where we either couldn't classify, classified to an empty result set, or had to fall back to "whole category" because no provider carried the tags. Two uses: (a) suggests the next listings to add, (b) flags taxonomy aliases the classifier is missing.
Spot something you can fix? /submit a provider that fills the gap, or DM @xbtoshi for tagging corrections. Every accepted change lands in /audit.
Mapped but empty 0
These sentences mapped to a category, but no provider in that category carried the requested tags. Backfill the tag on the right providers, or add the missing one.
None.
Mapped, zero results 0
Category landed but no provider matched the filters strict or loose. Add a provider that fits.
None.
Outside taxonomy 0
Couldn't classify these into our category set. Either teach the classifier (alias) or add a new category.
