Not a mixer in the protocol sense, but a working privacy primitive: payments inside the Lightning Network don't show up on the BTC blockchain. Onion routing inside LN approximates Tor for payments. Pair with a self-hosted node (Phoenix LSP / Zeus + your own LND) for the strongest setup.
